With the large amount of aerosol spraying (chemtrails) that is taking place over us on a daily basis. Is is vital that we learn how to protect ourselves from the chemicals in them, as much as possible.
The main ingredient in the chemtrails, seems to be aluminum. The toxic effects of aluminum are believed to be a major culprit in many diseases, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, various dementia's and bone diseases. Also Rheumatoid Arthritis, AIDS - Autoimmune Disorders, allergies, constipation, epilepsy, and heart problems, hyper- activity, kidney diseases, Osteoporosis, Schizophrenia, and more.
There are many other ways out there, other then the detox method that I will explain. But this is the most simple, effective and cost effective one that I have found.
If you can incorporate at least one of these into your diet, you will be well on your way.
Drink 2 - 3 glasses of water with half of a lemon freshly squeezed into it a day. Lemon water will speed up your metabolism, thus promoting circulation and the elimination of toxins.
Use kelp (fresh or supplement). Kelp and seaweed are the most protective natural resources against radiation and environmental pollution, particularly heavy metals.
Drink homemade fruit juices in the morning on an empty stomach. Fruit acids are very effective detoxifiers.
Cilantro fresh, or in supplement form. Cilantro binds to heavy metals and helps remove them from your body (garlic is also effective).
Activated charcoal has been used since ancient times as a powerful poison antidote and to get rid of toxins. Very effective in drawing out the aluminum and fluoride build up in your bones.
Other than adding at least one of these to your diet, the usual actions for a detox of any kind apply. Lots of exercise, staying away from the processed foods, and my favorite getting a half hour here and there in the sauna.

I'm a molecular biologist and biochemist every piece in this article is so far from correct that this should be taken off before ppl begin to self-medicate themselves with garbage. I believe everyone has the right to know how the body really works and how it should be treated since doctors do not know much these days. But what is worse is when someone like you comes up with absurd suggestions and has no clue clearly on how the body actual works on a molecular and cellular level.
I consult with a nutritionist who studies fiod science, that way my body specifically gets what it needs. We definetly want an alkaline body and lemon does assist in ways for people. Would the biochemist who postes be so very incline to share some of her/his findings with a website etc regarding the body?

I have practiced radioesthesiology for 40 years and have found that the best two things for removing aluminum from the body is Alumina, or a Clorox brand Clorox bath; put 1/2 cup clorox in a tub or water and soak for 30 minutes. Sometimes it takes two baths, but it gets the job done.
